Mark Borg
Senior Consultant
Since 1995, Mark Borg has been working on sustainable development issues in the Pacific region. Work has taken him to almost every country in the Pacific, but also to Asia, Africa and Europe. From strategic planning to innovation, his focus is always on finding solutions that work for both people and environment… solutions that involve partnerships between government agencies, the private sector and civil society.
Nikhil Lal
Management Consultant
Nikhil Lal is a Management Consultant with over 15 years work experience spanning customer relationship management, and project and operations management. He is a graduate of the University of the South Pacific (USP), first completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Accounting in 2015, and then successfully pursuing his Professional Diploma in Business Management and Masters of Business Administration in 2019 and 2022, respectively. His professional interests also include governance, organisational behaviour and human resource management, and sustainable development from a business management perspective. His work experience covers the private sector, a regional governmental organisation, as well as a regulatory authority.
Zyna Borg
Junior Consultant
Zyna Borg is a final year student at the University of the South Pacific (USP) and in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. She has also studied Chinese language at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and a year at Wuhan University on a Chinese Scholarship but returned to Fiji upon the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. She has adept knowledge in various social media platforms and office technology programs. Through university, she has developed strong organisational abilities and communication skills as proven through managing multiple team projects.
