Legalise Hemp

There is an urgent need for all developing countries to legalise the growth and industrial use of hemp.  Hemp has a multitude of uses and grows well in all environments.  In the Pacific it also grows exceptionally well. There are already a number of countries that have recognised the potential of hemp for their economy and have legalised it.
